MagniSort? Mouse F4/80 Positive Selection Kit 設(shè)計用于通過陽性選擇實現(xiàn) F4/80+ 細(xì)胞的磁性分離。它經(jīng)過優(yōu)化，可利用生物素化的抗小鼠 F4/80 抗體和鏈霉素親和素包被的磁珠從小鼠骨髓或脾細(xì)胞中分離 F4/80+ 細(xì)胞。F4/80+ 細(xì)胞會與抗體結(jié)合，隨后結(jié)合至磁珠。將其放入磁力架中，非目標(biāo)細(xì)胞可通過傾析從 F4/80+ 細(xì)胞中分離出來。

陽性選擇后，可利用抗小鼠 F4/80（克隆號 BM8）和抗小鼠 CD11b（克隆號 M1/70）染色來驗證所選細(xì)胞的純度。
